1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and taya365pro ("taya365pro," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya365pro.one. taya365pro reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify compliance with eligibility requirements. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately and any balances may be subject to forfeiture pending regulatory review.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on taya365pro, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the taya365pro platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including circumventing bonuses, recovering from suspension, or avoiding limits — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya365pro platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits taya365pro's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

taya365pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other authorities; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other reason that taya365pro, in its reasonable judgment, determines poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of its operations. Upon termination, any balance remaining in a verified account that is not subject to bonus wagering requirements or regulatory hold will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the taya365pro platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players with unresolved complaints may also escalate to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

13. Amendments

taya365pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
